Andrea Xiao is the Executive Assistant and Social Media/Marketing Coordinator at Sutton-Benchmark Realty. Originally from Honduras, Andrea moved to Sudbury to pursue her studies and graduated from Cambrian College with a degree in Public Relations. With a passion for digital marketing and communications, Andrea has honed her skills working in real estate digital marketing as well as supporting local businesses throughout Sudbury with their social media strategies.

Her experience in crafting targeted marketing campaigns and engaging content for various platforms helps elevate the visibility of Sutton-Benchmark Realty and its listings. Andrea's keen understanding of the real estate market, combined with her creativity and marketing expertise, ensures that the brokerage’s digital presence stays fresh and impactful.
